Takysie Lake supports a very good Rainbow fishery for wild trout to 2+ lbs. Fly fishing is popular as well as conventional trolling methods using spinning gear, flatfish and small spoons. Ice over November to mid April. Has two resorts with cabins, RV camping and boat rentals.
