Special Notes: Salmon Fishing Sunshine Coast and Sport Fishing Sunshine Coast
Feeder Chinooks are present during the winter months. Migratory Chinook will start showing in late spring with the best salmon fishing occurring from June through August. Bluebacks start to appear as early as March with the action heating up by May.
Mature Coho are best from June through September, while large Northerns are available to anglers from September through October. Salmon fishing Sunshine Coast for Pink and Sockeye from mid-August to mid-September. Chum salmon are best from mid-September to mid-October. Rockfish and Lingcod are available in season.
