Took the boat up to check out the Vedder today. A fair number of early Pinks were being caught, flies and jigs seem to be doing well on the incoming tide. A lot of pinks were following my spoons and spinners to the boat, but didn't seem to take them. Wasn't there long, maybe spend more time there tomorrow.
On a side note there was an explosion in the water next to my boat not sure what it was, but could hear a lot of shooting in the military area near by...a stray round maybe? Who knows.
